Aquatic Sun
Aquatic Sun is not really a game but more of an exploration tool that simulates an underwater environment and the rich sealife that inhabits it.

FPS controls are used for movement (W, A, S, D keys and the mouse) but that's about it. No harpoons or such. The music is very soothing as well.
